What's this 1000 points for 3 summer shops? I'm assuming there has to be a minimum spend? And online only, otherwise my ham sandwich from Friday will count
Assuming it's online only, I need 2 more shops (come on fresh points offers....).. when does the deal end? Can't find it on their website0 -

RTD = Refund/Return? The Difference. Usually a reference to tescopricecheck.com, where you can put in receipts, and if asda would have been cheaper, you get a voucher back for the difference. In the case of the recent point offers, an example is a bottle of Champagne(I think) costing £30 with 750 extra points (worth £22.50 in rewards). But the same bottle was in asda at £19, so one could get a voucher back for the difference. Tescopricecheck doesn't include meal deal reductions, so another example is where the wine included in the dine in for £10 deals tesco was overpriced compared to asda. In which case, one could get the difference back.
DTD = Double the Difference. If tesco overcharge you for an item, then you can go to Customer Services, and they'll refund double the difference. For example, if the label says £3, and it goes through at £5, then you will get £4 back, effectively paying only £1. In cases where the price charged is much larger than the price on the label/shelf label, one can actually end up in profit.0 -
Anyone know of any current extra points promotions?0

I'm left wondering if it's worth the bother oftrying to get these so called extra points.Last month i had a voucher for 200 extra points if you ordered anything from Tesco entertainment and spent over £10.I did so,well within the cut off date and entered the code correctly.I am certain it stated 200 extra points.Yet i have just checked, after looking up my points on Tesco.com and they have only awarded the basic ones.I am furious.I am ringing them tonight,(as the clubcard people said they cannot do anything to help). I am never ordering from their site again if they won't honour the code, but of course i am unable to prove i even had it now a month has gone by.0

These deals are better, the extra points appear straight away - I had 2000~ points on the bottom of one of my receipts due to this!0 -
Thanks Zack.I spoke to a helpful lady who said it can take a month or more as they give it time to see whether items are returned before they award the extra points, and add the basic ones to the account.
Doesn't really help when you want to know if it has been done, even though as you say,you can't actually spend the points until the statement.
Anyway she is passing on the info to whatever dept deals with it and i should have them showing in a fortnight. We shall see.0
