Most people won't order enough to get 10,000 points. And this offer started with many more items that had extra points, too. It's basically a "you could get up to 10,000 points if you buy large quantities of the right items." You get the points per each item you order: 10 bottles of Yali = 1500 points.

Still time to get 10,000 points, Skibster.

Just buy 67 bottles of Yali = £317 = 3 flights in Zone 1 on British Airways plus a whole lot of wine

there's a £5 off when you spend £30 in Morrisons coupon in tomorrows Sunday Mirror which Tesco will accept - could be used to bring the price of the champagne down a bit.

you will need to add a small value item which doesnt compare with Asda to take it over the £30, the bottle would cost you £14 if you use a £10.99 JTD voucher from a previous bottle and the £5 and you will get a £10.99 JTD voucher back :)

The Yali has gone up from £4.99 to £6.99 !!! over night

Was lucky this morning as there were 2 bottles left and the SEL still stated £4.99 so got £8.00 back DTD...

So only paid £2.99 a bottle along with the points

Holy crap, it did! We have an order coming today, so it will ring up as 6.99! Is there anyway I can get refunded the difference since the site didn't say the price was set to change today, or should I refuse the wine?!

That's weird, that you got dtd for an out of date SEL (But good for you obviously). Posters on the other T threads are being denied dtd on OOD SELs and are just getting the overcharge back with both instore CS and HO saying that they have changed their policy.

It would be nice to know what Tesco are playing at!

    It's only a game

Check the bill, and send the wine back with the driver if it's £6.99. Asda don't sell Yali, so no hope of price matching.

If you're ordering Yali on line, this may help.

I was in Hanley this morning, plenty of red for £6.99 but out of stock for the white which still had the £4.99 SEL on it :(

Glad now I didnt go out of my way to see if the others locally had any wine left

My order is coming on Monday. I will just have to send it back. Shame but I may get to keep the points!

  • Yali back up to £6.99 in Bar Hill this morning, and none on the shelf anyway. Didn't go in Tesco yesterday (for a change :D) but it was still £4.99 in Royston on Thursday, so bit surprised by Tesco changing the price since Thursday as don't they usually change their prices on Tuesday nights?
