True - it does say that - but Tesco reserve the right to cancel it early.

The fact that they have pulled the rest of the Groceries booster points makes me think you'd better get in quick! :D
  • After having a almost constantly full shelf of Yali, went into the Great Yarmouth store last night to find just 3 bottles left tucked away at the back. Have been picking up the odd couple of bottles each visit but nabbed the last 3 last night. Thought I was the only one getting them as Tuesday night there was 20+ on the shelf but yesterday just 3!! Here's hoping for a re-stock before the 19th!!

I'm still £12 short off my target as they took my 12 bottles away :( Strange thing is their booster page (http://www.tesco.com/groceries/buylist/default.aspx?id=L00000397) I can only see 5 promotions listed, is that the same for everyone? But going directly to the Yali page, which I know is still on, it's showing as 150 extra points... anyone else experiencing this?

    Also....

http://www.tesco.com/wine/product/details/default.aspx?id=264706591 - An alternative if you actually like/want the Yali and can't seem to get it from Tesco! More expensive, but 900 points. Free delivery (only a 7am-7pm slot though so maybe not the most helpful!) if you spend over £100.

    3 cases = £119.52.
    Total clubcard points (900 x 3 booster, plus 238 normal) = 2938 x3 = £88.14
£31.38 total cost for 18 bottles of (good?) wine...

There may well be better deals but this could be an option for those that actually want the Yali! I'm not going for it as chances are I won't like the wine! With each bottle on Tesco.com costing 49p, it's bearable if some isn't consumed...
  • Hi Everyone

Can anyone tell me how I go about buying the right amount of Yafi and Effe (could be wrong spellings) to gain 10,000 points as this is my first post

Search for them at Tesco.com and you will see the exact bottles. If you're going to buy them in-store, I'd just write down the info or print out the page to take with.

Edit: Sorry, read that wrong. If you want the right amount, just add it up. 150 points for each bottle of yali, 100 points for each bottle of leffe. If you want 10,000 points on just the alcohol you'll be buying A LOT, but if you've a use for that much, go for it.
  • Hello to the MSE reader/member who Mr Buffy just met in Tesco at Royston a few minutes ago  Two days running Royston has been Yali white less when I've popped in, so having heard that Mr Buffy had popped into the cafe there on his lunch break today, I duly sent him down to the wine aisle where he picked up the last three bottles on the shelf. At this point another customer apologised for having just picked up 6 bottles before Mr Buffy got there, and asked if he read MSE? :D:D:D

I go in that store all the time and I've never encountered another MSEr. Mr Buffy goes in there once on his own and meets one! Thank you for your consideration whoever you are - Mr Buffy was probably too embarassed to mention the Yali stash we have at home already...

Thanks alcat for flagging up the Yali, we're English Heritage members so have pretty much paid for next year's membership by buying Yali :D:D:D (There's also enough to go towards my in-laws English Heritage memberships too ;))
