I asked and no-one could confirm the points until I got a receipt but all present and correct.

Because otherwise they might easily substitute Yali/ Leffe with alternatives you don't want...

...but what if you click 'no substitutions' and you end up with (say) 3 Yalis and that's it?

You've paid maybe £4 for service charge (delivery).

You can phone CS, explain you didn't get 75% of your order and you're not happy paying a high service charge for a silly small delivery.

They will refund your delivery charge.
