    I've had a similar experience. Registered the first two codes in time to receive the £5 voucher and have had nothing since, except an email three days later telling me there were problems with supplies. I've since received a £5 voucher for logging seven codes but no sign of the first one. The phone number just sends you round in a loop:mad:

    Well it took me a lot of blood sweat & phone calls & emails to get my first introductory reward card.
    The codes for the second reward were completed a month ago and I received an email 3 weeks ago saying it had been posted and would be with me inside 14 days ( needless to say nothing arrived )
    I have now completed the codes for the THIRD card and am now starting to input codes for the fourth but have received nothing in the post except the introductory first voucher.
    They did answer my emails at first but have now been ignoring me for a week despite only asking them politely what is going on. The whole episode seems to be absolute chaos and incompetence to me but I must have been unlucky because it seems from the comments posted on here and online in general that very few people are suffering the same experience.

    You are not alone. My sister did not even get the introductory card.
    She has been waiting for weeks for the second ( first) reward & nothing has arrived. They do not seem to be replying to emails any longer. She has been so put off by the whole thing that she has given up altogether.
    I don't know who is supposed to be organising this thing but it seems to be a shambles at best if not a con. If another tabloid was doing the same thing you can be sure that the Mail would take great pleasure in highlighting the problem.
  • Looks like I'm never going to get my flexi giftcard - contacted them to say it hadn't arrived and they claimed another one was being sent out.:mad:
    Also looks like they've kicked me out of scheme (can't login & email isn't recognised in the lost password box) after trying some of the (turned out to be used/expired) codes from here:mad:
