OH normally buys the MOS anyway so I bought the Mail on Saturday to use the two qualifying codes for the £5 Tesco voucher. What I'm not sure about is do you have to claim the initial £5 Tesco "bonus" voucher or does it come as a matter of course once you have registered with codes? Also if you have to claim it, do the two codes you input then not qualify for future rewards?
After registering and entering the two codes, those codes do also count towards future awards.
However, I haven't received my confirmation email yet about the £5 Tesco bonus for entering the first two codes (which have been accepted as they have green £-signs next to them on my account details on the website). The email should have been sent by now. It is also giving a pop-up message when I log in that because I have registered, if I enter two codes I am eligible for the Tesco voucher, despite having already got two codes displayed as accepted.
I'll give it another day.0 -
I've had my dispatch emails for my £5 Tesco voucher0

I just had this interesting exchange with a Dail Mail idiot called Alison on their customer service team. I also registered last weekend and entered my 2 registration codes but no email came to confirm when it would be dispatched despite their promise on the main page.
" You said that you would notify me within 12 hours of submitting the unique registration numbers to inform me when the voucher was to be sent. This has not happened, 24 hours later and still waiting. Is all OK ? Thanks "
Alison replies : -
" Thanks for the email.
Sorry you have not received you confirmation email, I have just checked you account and I can not see any voucher that should be been sent out ?
Please feel free to contact our help line which is 0844 455 4504
Regards
Alison"
Of course I would be delighted to telephone and ask to speak to Alison to tell her what her job is and how to do it but unfortunately, the number that she gives me in the email, doesn't exist. Is there anybody with a brain working for The Daily Mail ? I always thought that those on the extreme right wing of The Tory Party were supposed to be somewhat intelligent, if nothing else !0 -
I got the paper on saturday and got a code voucher.
Got a copy on sunday too but there was no code in it. If anyone has a voucher from sun and wont be using it I would be very much appreciative.0 -

I had the same experience as a couple of posters above - no e-mail confirmation within twelve hours and nothing the next day - so I e-mailed from the website.
Here's part of the response:... [FONT="]your tesco voucher is been sent to you within the next few days you will revive an email when your item has been despatched please note when you have revived your email it will take unto 14 days for your reward to reach you
If you have any other quires please feel free to contact me ...
I don't expect much from the Daily Hate, but I'm pretty sure that the paper would be ashamed of such ungrammatical and poorly punctuated rubbish. I make that 11 mistakes including missing full stops and caps.
The person even had the nerve to add her name.
