3 weeks down the line , 3 phone calls 5 emails and one return phone call from them and still no voucher. What an absolute farce.
Every time I send a new email detailing the facts - (I entered the 2 codes set up the account received confirmation email) I receive an email back saying " this matter is best dealt with by telephoning our helpline ) - which costs a minimum 10 p a minute and takes an average of 12 minutes ot get through to talk to someone.
What exactly is there to deal with ? It's supposed to be an automatic system. i didn't get the codes from online , I bought the bleedin papers and entered them. I expect I have wasted more money on phone calls than the value of the actual voucher (which I have no sign of getting )
I will not be buying this rag again , that's for sure.

I've just learned of someone UNABLE to enter last Saturday's code BECAUSE they had ALREADY ENTERED SUNDAY'S !!!

I must admit that I almost entered a pair the wrong way around.
Didn't initially cross my mind that it would not accept them.
Thought the only constraint was to enter a weekend's numbers before 23:59 on the following Wednesday.

BUT then I did notice what it says ......

Welcome to your Mail Rewards Club account. Enter your Unique Numbers from Saturday's Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday and you'll be one step closer to your FREE Reward!

Remember you need to register your Unique Numbers in date order, with numeric characters only so they can be accepted

Shame it is not stated with a bit more clarity & emphasis !!!!

i cant seem to enter my final code for sunday in the boxes. Whenever i try and click in them it dosent do anything. I can change the reward I want but I just cant seem to enter the final number. I tried both firefox and IE and neither work. Anyone else found this?
