What to put in my Tiffin Box

Just bought a Tiffin box off ebay It is an Indian steel lunch box with two compartments. I would welcome any suggestions for ideas to put in it for lunches at work. I've just packed up my first one with some shredded salad topped with a fillet of salmon which I coated in sweet chilli sauce and cooked in my george forman in the bottom tin and some sugar free jelly in the top tin.
I bought this because I liked the idea that it can be reused over and over again indefinately and should fit in well with the old style ethos.

Rice, naan, dal or curry?0 -
I should add, if you want to be more authentic and save money try buying garam masala mix (health stores, supermarkets) and make your own curry, you can use low fat greek style yogurt too, another cheap ingredient.
Mixing your own means you can have it as strong or weak as you like.
You could even grind your own, but that's hard work :-)0 -
