Weekend 4th/5th June - What small things....
Comments

Morning all!
Hope everyone is well?
I'm full of hayfever - the drugs don't work anymore - its time to visit the doctors for my hardcore tablets, must make an appt tomorrow.
The weather is wet and dark here today, just whipped the dog around the park quickly before it starts belting down again.
Other things to do today...- About 2 hours school work to get me ready for the new week
- Hoover and dust the wholehouse
- Clean the bathrooms
- Put the dry washing away
- Stick to diet - I may reach target at this weeks weigh in on Tuesday if I'm really good
- All food from stores
- Have a LSD
- Go through the summer wardrobe and have a sort out (can hardly shut the door)
- Walk dog at least twice more
- Give dog a good brush and sort out - he's looking like a little stray (bichons need quite a bit of beautifying!)
- Look for a father's day present online

Worth trying Card Factory if you haven't already. I find they are the best for cheap but decent cards. They often have birthday cards on offer 5 or 7 for £1 and they aren't crap cards either. Worth stocking up when these deals are on
Thanks, I thought it would probably be somewhere like that - unfortunately I'm 26 miles away from town where I know there is one, so not economical...hey ho! I ended up getting cards from Tesco but I chose the cheaper ones - still nothing like as good as that though! I'll try and remember next time I'm in town to check them out!Kitten also got stung by a bee yesterday too... His paw was huuuge!

I agree with this - usually got a good range & you can't complain about the price - I rarely spend over £1 on a card these days!Kitten also got stung by a bee yesterday too... His paw was huuuge!

Evening folks , another intermittant poster here needs to get back on the wagon. Had a bit of a rough time again  but gonna get there but feel as though I am :wall:sometimes.
Few things I have done recently :- Learnt how to change my own locks , remarkably easy on a UPVC door. Was quoated £150 + by a locksmith - google and ebay and a bit of patience cost me under £10:T
- On that vein had a look at my central heating that stopped working - works now but not telling DD till winter comes in
- Got a £25 iTunes voucher for £12.50 tesco vouchers
- Booked on a free ladies night at local garage to learn a bit of car maintenance - free food , drink and a bit of eye candy
- Done some card shuffles - had some extra expenses but still at least its 0% for now
- worked 7.5 hours enhanced
- looked at my accrued lieu time - need to submit better as its not right but...
- submitted application form for job - timing is terrible but they don't come up often and it looks more secure than this one, though less pay for first 2 years
- All meals and drinks from stores
- limited use of car
- filled in timesheet just in time - lots of enhancements in next pay packet
- listed on ebay
But summer is here and at least we don't have to worry about snow and Ice :jWhen it rains look for RainbowsWhen its Dark look for Stars0 -
Picasso! Welcome back my dear, sorry to hear you're feeling a bit frustrated, but as you know you've come to the right place
Nice work on the heating/lock front, although I'm not too sure I'd feel confident enough to be sort out the heating if it were me!
I find my sig helps me to see how far I have come, & I try not to focus TOO much on how much I have left to do still. Try & see your achievements not the road ahead.
Anyway just popped on to update my post - I have been really slack today & not done anywhere near as much as I should have done, but I have been looking into wedding invites & flowers instead so at least it's been a different kind of productive!:idea:Debt at July 2012: £12,862.57
