I'll explain, When i meet my OH I lived about 60miles away, when I became pregnant about a year later I moved down with him (he didn't want to move away from his other son). I tried to sell my house but no luck so I now rent it out and we live on his family farm in the old farm house which we pay a small rent.I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammarMortgage pay off date 11/2028. But your rent doesn't cover the mortgage to the tune of £300 a month.
Is it still on the market? Could you sell it as a going concern with your sitting tenant?I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care
