this is the main bulidng, it has paneling, a basement, pantry, all sash windows still have wooden shutters, arcitrave everywhere.

the farm comes with this house, a coach house, stone barn and a red brick milking parlour. the main buliding is in the best condition tbh. it has some woodland (my dream),

3 Collect elderflowers and make presse - it lasts longer than cordial, if i have enough i could make champane as well - it's not sunny, they really should be collected in the sun
4 Empty cupboards in pantry - we don't really use this atm as the cupboards are still full of grans things, so I will be packing up her things to go in the attic for now, should give us quite a lot of room for me to build up a storecupboard. - started but the boys keep interfering i'll finish when they have gone to bed

i have amnaged to do 2 loads of dishwashing and Gethin seems to have caught an eye infection so i've been bathing is eye all day.

i'm going to try and connect up my free owl monitor, our last electric bill was £420, i've calmed down from my strop now but i think a tighter monitor regime is called for and hounding all the men in my life to turn things off (this concept is apperntly alien to them)

    Welcome to the MF forum!

To upload an image from Photobucket:
    • Go to your album
    • Hover over the picture you want to use
    • Click on the IMG link (it should say 'copied' when you do so)
    • Right click or Ctrl+V where you want to put the photo

    Hope that helps!

House looks amazing although think it might need a few licks of paint ;) My dream home has about 5 acres so we could be self-sufficient and grow a little to help pay our bills.

Good luck with getting your house, I'm sure you'll get a lot of help here.

That house sounds very cheap if it comes with 73 acres plus that run down building plus all of those others. Where are you in the UK?

    Good luck going for it.

were in south wales, near blackwood. it's suffering a bit of vandalism now. the previous owner applied for planning to convert the other buildings into residental and was turned down twice, i think that is reflected in the price and it is on the side of a hill so all the fields are sloping, again quite limiting
