Wow! What a dream. I admire you for dreaming it... I'm one for an easy city life! Definitely not what you would be getting if you bought that place, but it is stunning.
Good luck, I'll be interested to hear how you get on.
On another note, I struggle to identify Elderflower... the flowers look like too many other plants. I'm not that great at identifying plants because I didn't grow up in this country.Borrowed £150,000 in an offset tracker mortgage in May 2007 - MFD May 2041 (67)

it's not that hard I've only been looking for it for the last 2 years, the smell is a give away, it smells a bit like cat's wee, the branches are very knobbly, and give you snap one off you can poke the middle pith out which is spongey, i'll take a photo of ours now i've learnt to do photosI have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammarMortgage pay off date 11/2028. Thanks! That would be great. I must remember to ask someone to point some out to me next time I help with the local conservation group... between the photos and having someone identify it for me, I'll definitely learn how to identify it correctly.Borrowed £150,000 in an offset tracker mortgage in May 2007 - MFD May 2041 (67)
