We stayed 2 weeks ago at the kings cross one in London, it is what it is, terrible views of the buildings all around, noisy road, the bed had a dip in it and everytime someone rolled the went into the dip in the middle:rotfl: it was clean, we went to the pub on the corner that does breakfasts rather than pay travelodge £9 each when theirs was £4.50 and lovely, would not go back there again because of the bed, noise and location was fine but no, it is what it is:D

City Road, London bank, never been to the covent garden one but the reviews is that is great, centrally located, perfect for staying that extra bit longer and watching the free street artists and not having far to walk after:D

I was annoyed that I woke up not long after midnight - wide awake now! But I've since found out about this sale (had completely forgotten...) and applied for a job, so it's alright, I guess!

Shame this sale doesn't go as far as October - I'm down in London then for a gig!

Hopefully I'll be able to snag a couple of nights for next month, though. I'm dying to go and see Wicked. :D

Edit: I stayed in the City Road TL a couple of months ago... 4 of us in the one room, haha. Can't complain, it did the trick! Very near the Underground, too. Easy to get around.
