I, have learned a great deal on this forum.. and that most members seem like a family and some are rather naive.. and some are idiots and some are just pig-headed shall i go on?..? and im not frustrated just another member on here making his way through the big MSE forum ...

if members don't believe this story then thats there 'own problem'


And i have said this issue with TSB has now been fixed why the hell am i even posting? let alone you? 0_o time to move on.

Well let's hope that's a permanent move to some other forum. You are the only poster I have ever seen use what is generally accepted as the most offensive swear word and I for one feel this is unacceptable in a public forum. If you haven't gone by yourself then I would call on the mods to ban you forthwith.

Going back on topic for a second i have recently moved house (last two months) and have banked with lloyds for 13 years.

I recently called up the telephone banking line and asked to change my address to which i was promptly told it couldnt be done over the phone and they would send me out a change of address form. The form came and i sent it back. a week later a second letter came saying they couldnt change my address as the signature i used wasnt identical to the one they have on file. I had to go into my branch with the second letter and my passport.

Although this was a bit of a hassle i didnt really need, on the whole i was very impressed at how diiligent they were. After My experience i would be amazed if someone could have rung up, and just quoted your mums name and got it done, just like that!
