Hi all,
Finally got a replacement SX515. Worked fine for a while & now all of a sudden some colours are not printing. I was printing a scanned document (so not true black & therefore printing CMY) when all of a sudden it started printing red (suggesting only M&Y printing). I've done head cleans, new cartidges & all sorts with no luck. I'm very surprised - it is a new printer!0 -
If it is new, using genuine inks, then I would change it again. If you change it with a retailer, you should get a new one, if you change it with Epson it will be a refurbished unit, which does not seem fair after the run around you have had so far.0
