That would be great abut the list, we tend to get a lot of our peas/beans/rice from asian shops...much cheaper than supermarkets, and bigger bags too! :j Are you happy with value/basics ranges of things rather than"branded" ones? Somehow I know what the answer is going to be as I type this in! Don't mean to rush you, but if you get the list to me by 10 am tomorrow, I can get some shopping done when DS2 and I are in the big town. I am at last having my exit interview, so I will officially be redundant!! Mind you, later on tomorrow I have a job interview! Its mainly dried stuff (Pasta, rice, etc and a few tinned things like beans/corn/kidney beans chick peas etc)- my original stash still has a fair few tins of stuff (mainly fruit) I clearly don't use as much as I thought I would - funny eh?:)

Right, off to bed, night, night. x

Thanks cheery and starnac, it's only as a part-time shop assistant, but would bring in some regular pennies while I concentrate on creating stuff to sell. The shop specializes in locally made products, so you never know, I might be able to sell my stuff there in the future!
Got to go and move a few more pots of plants before heading off into the big town.
Don't worry about the list Pippi, I can get DH to get some stuff tomorrow in his lunch break.

.
not "only" a shop assistant at all. Positive thinking. Like you said it ticks two boxes.
1. Regular pennies
2. Time to make things you may possibly be able to sell in same shop.

Yup, good luck, Keiss!
Sellotape haven't replied yet to my query about the glue in the sellotape, grrr - usually, firms are really quick responding to email queries - everything from insulation to instruction sheets. Hey ho.
Hope today goes well for you Pippi, not sure what you've got planned.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Keiss - I've emailed/pm'd and texted you
couldnt get on for long last night, sorry got stuck into chores first thing here - p/t job sounds just right and just what I need too - if you and I have missed each other, no worries - we'll hardly starve - although I appreciate your efforts very much
bit slow here today - I'm so tired slept from early til 8.30 this morning.
KC - hmm, you'd think they'd be on the case, wouldnt you - great for trying!
starnac - you've alot planned today I see from the small things list!
Today hmmmmm
Office in afternoon, begin work on pesky corrections and do a bit website work, workign here and being online when OH about NOT GREAT - can't get any band with so I'll doa bit of that later
Meeting in town at 6pm hence going office after lunch - combining trips! Meeting for the recycling charity I'm involved with, been alot of agro on it, wearing tin hat, expecting trouble, a certain ex-supervisor of mine joined the committee at hte same time and is reaping as much havoc on there as he did when managing me, not great nor sustainable. And, not alot of fun.
Bit work on the 'local cut flower' project I'm working on
Bit cleaning
Bit gardening
Bit batch cooking for the sil/bil/tiddler arriving on sunday for a week - I've been a bit sneakyt planned meals for us all, left one gap for an impromtu thing - all in all the meals have cost less than £10 for 4 of us for 5 nights so far - pretty chuffed with that! and, I've loads milk/bread/etc for us to plooter through, I've told here we're short of butter and fruit/veg so they'll bring that for us
perfect - no stress. she's delighted as all the meals are sorted and we can just relax whilst they are here
