Ooh! I just crossposted with Tricia and saw Wharfedale! Thats a really important part of the leyline between the south of France and the north of Scotland, its the throat chakra .... Edinburgh is the crown, I think ....

Happy days, paddling in the Med at the root chakra in the Camargue .... one day I'll have a holiday of my choosing again. Off checking the trading now...

And I have this on my doorstep and now need to research leylines! My family are totally skeptics and I am a recovering RC so it will need some work via Google. :rotfl::rotfl:

    Any sources to help?
But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?

Wow, you've had a busy day Pippi!

Love the bag, bet you'll use it a lot! Hair-cut too...you are pushing the boat out!

I've had a lovely day today designing and making a few small purses/pencil cases. I might use one as a glasses case, or even a phone case.

I have decided to allow myself some time to make/grow things just for the fun of it. They will form part of my "portfolio" if you will, so when I go touting for teaching work, I will have examples of what I can make. Also useful to make up a collection of things I can sell/give as presents! ;)

Must get to bed, a bit late again. Having lunch out later today (Thursday) with my colleagues, "celebrating" our redundancy, which starts on Friday.

Have a lovely holiday down south Pippi....we are really looking forward to coming north. When are you back in Orkney?

Have a great holiday, if I don't catch you before you head sooth. x

Absolutely! About the research. Sources to help ... just googled, and good heavens, there's nothing! I thought the interweb had everything! So since I'm feeling a bit raw today, after a very, very bad day yesterday, I'll have a potter in amongst my books. They're all over the place, because I'm preparing for the vinyl to be laid in the living room, but it would be nice to hunt something out.

Missed you Pippi but wanted to say a VERY BIG WOO HOO and congratulations. PaH to Drship but as KC and very wise DD says, you will do it when it is that important to you. Enjoy what you have achieved, I am glowing for you here.
Loved the visitors eggs story DOH, its the kind of thing I would do without thinking. Love the bag too. Sorry money is tight but remember life is about the experience. If you have packed lunches and petrol in the car the WFTC will probably turn up by the time you run out of those so for now you have more than enough for your needs.
