Thank you all cheery thank you for popping on and letting folk now you're a star

Bit of a releif - very happily talked through project for a goodly few hour and then been told to have a nice holiday and a few minor correction to do

Really sad not actually a Dr of Flowers but hey ho you can't win it all - you see real scientists do wear stripey socks (Mine were odd and knee length today)

Talk of work getting sorted for publishing etc and papers to come out of it all. The main thing is that the guru guy from NI really liked what I'd done and we really had a thoroughly lovely chat about it all and kept bouncing ideas off each other.

Makes you wonder whats possible when your own director of studies supervisor might have been
a, interested in the project and
b, competent at his job (do I sound bitter? I'm not I'm glad its all done)

(no contact or any such well wishes from him today) bah to him
