Snow, sleet cancelled buses driving folk to school before a days invigilating, cello, looking for boots and fencing, now home.

Same tomorrow and repeat for ten days hopefully without snow.

Pippi, I just saw that there is a red alert weather warning for you tomorrow and Friday. Hope that you are all ok. I suggest battening down the hatches. Maybe bringing the chickens indoors and lots and lots of rocks in pockets. Dont know if you can watch this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-16065842

I hear skirts are being worn? Now wind and skirts just dont mix. No pockets for rocks for a start. Hope that you are all safe and warm up there. Its wild here but nowhere near as bad as your day. I have just had a meeting cancelled which I am pleased about. Didnt fancy driving over the mountains in Ninja rain and Commando winds

Just popped in to see if we are all safe and sound. Wet and windy to day which is a big improvement on gales and sideways hail. Poor Max went out to perform her ablutions and nearly got blown over. If she was a Yorkshire Terrier she'd have been three doors down the block!
