I'm catching up, so I only just read this - this is brill :jMy tip for confidence is to play your most favourite ever tune in the car on the way to the interview and sing at the top of voice (carrying on the theme) I always play Haircut 100 Favourite Shirt because it just makes me smile. Seems to work for me.
