Thanks RED!!!!
It will be fine, some how I don't know why some days are worst than others. I think I'm just fed up having absolutely NO money.
sun shining, can't complain!!!Hope you're good, not going online much at the mo - unless for work or focus on here - but I feel a cuppa coming on

OMG you have been busy pippi, just been having a catch up on here. Congratulations on the new job. Hehe to womble suits. I know everyone else has been singing the wombling song, but all i can think of the rather roudier "Remember Your a Womble"
I am with you on the not having any money thing. dh is working and all our regular bills are covered, but with cc's and me with no regular income at the moment, our cash situation is about the worst it has been for years, but determined that it won't get me down, just a temporary situation:p
I am lurking today, doing stuff in short sharp burst, think this will have to be my plan for this week.
I do have a bit of paid work to get finished, but I am not in the right frame of mind to get it done. So tomorrow morning is ear-marked for this
Sounds like ds had a good birthday 17 (same age as mine:eek:) doesn't seem long ago that they were littlies)
Well off to put the halloween stuff away now. We always have lots of trick or treaters, so I am going to deflate the skeleton, pack the other bits and bobs, and pop the balloons. My finances are work in progress.Normal veiwing will resume shortly0 -

Mr F only found adult male suits - the mind boggles!
I start in 15 days - I need to keep focussed on thatand I've got a new garden to do a bit of work in which will make the one day a week gardening income probably viable
Hope rodders is good todayhave enjoyed peeking at your blog!
Just listed my 'dragon naturally speaking 10' on amazon - I didn't use it - but I've got an educational version - as long as folk can verify they are student I guess they will buy it. Put it on for alot less than the first priced one. Thought of putting it on ebay but wasn't sure how to do that - didn't want to seem greedy by listing it at a proper price.
Dvd's beginning to list and I'm about to tackle a few books..........and campervan parifinalia - I've alot of unused stuff like mugs and 3 campervan bankiess etc - (not my egg cups, they are very well used)
Transferred £33 from paypal (ebay) to my bank - will help with the dd's
Thanks for reading my ramblingsRodders is........... asleep after a very busy day yesterday!
Just think, this time next month you will be so much better off with the Wombling job, things will get easier after that.
But don't forget just how brilliantly you do already!!!!!:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -
Aw maty poor rodders! I read on my laptop so I can't comment (version of google not compatible or something) but I do read
Thanks for the lovely comments - feel like a lunatic mostly! - It will be OK - I keep repeating that!!
Hey up sfrd - halloween either gets to be a full on birthday party here or gets passed by as its a family celebration like last night - hope you had fun! Putting skeletons away indeed! My oh my how do they get to 17? He's looking at driving lessons, his dads pressie - eek! what a thought!
Hugs for the tight money - thanks for the job congrats!
Right I've done a fair bit on ebay and amazon - itsa start.
Might do a blog on the plant I've got tonnes of (40+ plants needing rehomed for a small fee) - which is a bit against my normal blogging ethics (blogging being for fun) but with the website being developed I guess the odd 'this is a fab plant, oh look you can buy it from me if you like' will get folk in the habit of knowing I'll do this now and again.

One went OK - the one to the council - I'm entitled to some benefits (not c/t) but I'm umming and ahing about life applying for them etc - which I know I whine on about - its complicated the OH being sometimes but not living here but not here, here if you know what I mean, thing. I am eligible to pay the first £48 of my rent (£125/week) and can have benefit for the rest, but I'm not eligible for council tax rebate.
Fair enough, I can think more of this now and see if I want to apply. OH and I are seperate for money, he's here very erratically - I need to get my head about that one. The lady was lovely, I explained about OH, told her I was confused and she said, I should apply:A we are seperate, but my morals is finding that hard, so I still don't know what I'll do.
On the other hand.
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
The one to the tax office was NOT helpful and I'm sitting here in almost tears
OK, its only (ONLY) £1080.59  but thats from a while back
They won't take a repayment nor will they make a repayment plan with me until I've applied for a loan to pay it from the bank and been refused, only then with a letter from the bank will they talk to me about a payment plan
Can I pay installments until I can clear it - or pay everyday what I can? NO!
Can I try and make an installment plan with them? NO!
Will he accept a voluntary payment towards the debt now over the phone, not unlessits the full amount ? NO!
I don't have a spare £1080.59 down the back of the sofa, silly me. (I know this is my fault for not sorting it sooner)
I've moved too much in the passed 5 years to get a loan etc I know this, my bank knows this, the dog knows this. Regardless of this I have to apply for a loan/extension of overdraft - which affects my credit history (which was coming along nicely)
I've applied for a loan of £1000 from each bank, they've both declined over the internet - therefore I hope they write me a letter so I can post it to the tax man to apply to make repayments like I asked him to today.
Talk about making life difficult.:eek::eek::eek::eek:
Hey ho - those of us in rented private, need to move now and again accomodation need to feel like carp when refused loans/etc and then deal with stinky tax folk.
This is why I haven't tried to sort this out before now - its a head-melty situation.
On the plus side, I've rejigged my WTFC (Income less than expected for this year) they'll send out a new award and we'll be eligible for free school meals once I get that letter back.
I hate my life and my inept behaviour sometimes. But, quite simply I couldn't deal with the tax stuff before now.
In future I will have a seperate tax/pay account savings thing and put the money in that.:A

Massive :grouphug: What a stupid system, seems incredibly wrong that they should ask you to apply for a loan.
Get applying for what you're entitled to - at least that will offset it a bit.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
