These businesses only get customers through websites such as Skyscanner, otherwise, no one would have ever heard of them. Cheapest is rarely best and as a minimum read the terms and conditions and avoid those that are not based in the UK. Although most large agencies will have overseas call centres, at least if they are based in the UK it is easier to seek redress and complain to a trade association. Even that is no guarantee but please avoid agencies in Greece, Tripsta left debts to the airlines of 70 million Euro and a previous business Air Fast Tickets which was also based in Athens but claimed to have an office in West London left debts in excess of £50 million. Beware of Greeks bearing gifts, or in this case, airline tickets!0
