isn't it always the way, the busier you are the more calls on your time come your way. I'm sure it will all work out in the end, just a bit frustrating when it happens

very LT. I don't understand why she's so insistent. I need to contact DIY friend, her Auntie was rushed to hospital on saturday, it didn't look good so left her alone yesterday though was thinking about her.

DIY friend is not the insistent one LT, she and I went to college together. The insistent one and I worked together for a few years.

I did get a hold of DIY friend, her Auntie is quite poorly and they dont expect her to make it. Said to my friend I was thinking of her and if she needed anything please let me know.

morning all, I know its rare for me to be on at this time. Got some bad news yesterday. I got made redundant. It came out of the blue. Taking it hard. I cried solid for about four hours giving myself a migraine and being sick in the process. Now wide awake. This is second redundancy in 3 years (funnily enough that was March too).

Thanks Dragon. Had meeting with HR today and also told my team (dont know who cried more, me or them). HR are looking at 3 other jobs in the company, it might mean a considerable drop in salary. I've also phoned some agencies, but they want an upto date CV. So I am sat here trying to type it up.

Ate something at least today, only thing I'd had yesterday before they told me was a bagel. OH tried me with chicken soup but was sick, then sick again last night. Couldn't face food this morning or lunchtime, but just had a mini pizza. This couldn't have come at a worse time.
