They are gorgeous. Mum and babies all doing well. She has her tail curled over them so will get some nice pics to post over the next few days. My Mum wants to keep one.

Am pretty tired, had planned to do tarot tonight but think an early night is in order. Will post a puppy update tomorrow.

I've decided that debt is a little like weight - if you pay it off quickly, then you haven't learned the lesson and it'll return just as quickly (and bring friends). Take is slowly, and you're picking up all sorts of life lessons along the way in order to keep the debt down in future.

That's a good way of looking at it Nora. I'm trying to lose weight too, am about 2 and a half stone heavier than I want to be. Have downloaded an app to keep a food diary. Trying to not buy anything from our works canteen and instead stick to what I bring in or have in my desk drawer. Night before last I had beans on toast instead of a dinner using only half a can of beans where as before I'd use the full can. It meant I could have the other half the next day with a jacket potato for lunch. Last night I had the same as OH and SS only in a smaller bowl. Yes I had a chocolate digestive but made sure I didn't eat it in the kitchen like I normally do (I don't think I realise how much I was munching before sitting down!).

Now here's the dilemma. I have enough in my account to completely pay off Egg/BC (they may charge £1 interest next month but that I can deal with. SS ordered stuff through my credit card and gave me (nearly all) the money for it (he's £2 short). Should I use part of that to pay off Egg/BC? I get paid on friday my normal wages.

if you would be prioritising egg over your credit card anyway then i would use the money to pay it off in full. It's not like you're gonna be short to pay off the credit card and will expect SS to give you the money again.

I keep wobbling over getting an andriod phone, want one then think i don't need one, but part of the reason i want one is to have one of those apps lol I could just keep my food details in a note book but wheres the fun in that?

there's loads of deals out there on android phones LT, do your homework on them before deciding. Most shops will also demo them for you. I went down the BB route and wish I'd got an iphone

but how do you pick a deal i want someone to tell me which one to pick. plus i'm only considering because i've started putting about a tenner on my phone a month so i don't want a huge contract because that's just silly.

Hope my furry neices and nephews are doing well, and more importantly i hope you've had a smiley day

There's a good site I use LT to compare phones and see what's out there. Its www.mobileshop.co.uk they have the HTC Wildfire S at the moment for about £13.50 a month (free handset) on O2, with 5 months free. Its a bit light on the minutes (50 mins and 250 texts) so it depends what you will be using it for LT. Other than that you could just buy the hanset and use a SIM only service.

What you need to ask yourself is do you prefer touchscreen or keypad (I have both on mine but have been using the keypad and find it aggravates my wrist as I've got carpal tunnel)? Will you need lots of talk time, or lots of texts or lots of internet or a mix? Virgin mobile also have some nice Android phones, again the HTC wildfire S in white is available there for £15.99 a month (2 year contract, free handset) or a 12 month contract for the same price but £150 for the handset. A lot (about half) of my techie friends have this phone and find it reliable and easy to use. The rest have iphones and I'm the only one with a BB as my own phone.

Quick financial update:- No tarot tonight, just nothing doing. Am going to do clicks then off to bed. Got our new bed today and I know it'll be bliss. Woke up in middle of night last night with a spring in the old bed that had unsprung!!!!! So the new one has arrived just in time. Its very high up though. That'll take some getting used to, I feel like a kid again (i.e. sitting on the edge of the bed my feet don't touch the floor!!!!).

    Night night all.
