Thanks LT, I'm trying to buy bits and pieces for the present drawer as I see them. OH was a bit taken aback (sp?) tonight when he asked how much he owed me for cigs..... he's now realising the downside of smoking again. SD has tried to make contact again (knew something would happen around my birthday it usually does and if they spoil yet another one they'll be told never contact us again EVER) but as usual it's games and lies. Told OH not to reply to message.
On a brighter note (as i'm not letting her or anything to do with her spoil my week), got £2.50 in Tarot tonight and my concert tickets arrived. Not done clicks or surveys tonight though. Heading off to bed shortly, still no shower so its baths only.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Small payment to BC/Egg this morning. Had cereal at my desk, so money saved there. Have been lurking in the 'pay all your debt by xmas' thread. Now there's no way I'll be able to do that (short of a miracle) but it is quite inspirational seeing what other people have achieved.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Congrats on the payment (no such thing as a small one - it's all good!), and on the desk eating (oh, you know what I mean!).
As for the 'pay all your debts' thread - you never know what you'll achieve until you try. I'll bet the people behind those stories started out thinking it was impossible too....
Have a good Thursday.

Thanks Nora, but the amount I would have to pay off well outweighs the excess I would have for the year before even the interest. Its a thought though. I'm hoping once I clear BC/Egg they will offer me a balance transfer which would be helpful in bringing the interest down.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. i'm going to try and find that thread Uni as though i'm not technically planning on paying off Mad Mavis in full this year, i keep wanting to incase of redundancies etc, i know they would be happy to stop payments but if it wasn't there i would feel better.0

Its a good thread LT. They have been talking about a site called Zapper, you input all barcodes from books and cd's, dvd's etc, they tell you what they'll give you and you send them off and they pay you.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. I hate COLD baths! Ran my bath after dropping OH off, thought I'd hang up the washing I did before going out. The bath was freezing! No leisurely soak. Our shower still isn't working, hopefully it'll be fixed by saturday. .... Right, hot water bottle and bed no clicks or tarot tonight just too tired.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Thanks Nora it was appreciated.
Had big row with SS this morning (ended up late as well). Dont want to go into details but suffice to say he's a complete bully. Told OH and although OH has had a word I think he's sick of it as well.
