How do you rate your telecoms provider?
The best telecoms providers on price can be the worst for customer service. So we want to know about MoneySavers experiences with home phone and broadband providers (not mobile).
If you have a bundled package, vote twice but pick the same provider for each. Click reply to suggest other providers not included.

Carphone Warehouse (TalkTalk) bought Tiscali which bought Pipex..
So Pipex = TalkTalk..

Yes - but it still operates as Demon: http://www.demon.net/
Appalling customer service, and the so-called 'technical support team' (based in India and utterly useless) is only open from 0800 to 2000. So if your broadband packs up at 2000 you've got a 12 hour wait before you can even talk to them.
Demon used to be one of the very best. Now it's one of the worst. Reviews here:
