Another two NAUGHTY ins for me......I went to TK Maxx again and couldnt resist picking up another shower gel/body lotion set. Does anyone else have the same problem with will power? Problem is TK Maxx sell some really good quality stuff sometimes.

So far this month I have bought 12 bottles of stuff/items...and used up 4!!! so that is an increase in my stash of 8 items...at a time when I was supposed to be trying to cut down.

Im going to start July with a real effort to RESIST buying stuff. Im still trying to resist going to Superdrug to pick up bargains that I dont need! (from the 19p thread) luckily I dont have a Superdrug nearby.

I know I joke about it, but my collection of bathroomy stuff is geting way out of hand.

I have just been completely and utterly humiliated and embarrased in Tesco :o:( I popped in with OH to pick up a few bits I had coupons for and the cashier took one look at the coupons and told me 'I can't take these they are photocopied'. I tried to explain to her that they weren't photocopies they were printed off the internet and she calls another SA over and tells her 'this lady has international coupons - we don't take them do we?'. SA2 says we'll have to call someone and calls over another SA - who calls a security guard  All of them are stood there telling me 'we don't take these coupons' and I was getting frustrated and asked to see the Manager - at which point the SG said ' If you don't calm down I will make you leave'. Finally the Till Supervisor turns up and accuses me of photocopying them as they have the same barcode on - so I try to point out that they have different personalised names and codes - which is the important bit - and she starts with the 'calm down or we'll have you escorted out' as well. Meanwhile there is a huge queue building - plus it's right by the self serve tills and everybody was staring at me :o

I lost my temper at this point and chucked the shopping back on the checkout , ripped up the coupons and walked out. I've rung CS and I'm waiting for someone to call me back with an apology and some form of compensation.

I am so mad but feel so humilated I actually cried on the bus. It doesn't help that it's beyond hot here and I'm feeling awful anyway.

No IN's but I was very tempted as I stomped round boots trying not to cry :( Couldn't find any of the SD bargains in my store either :(

Hope everyone is having a better day than me

Sarah - Hun that is awful :( Huge *hugs* I'd have done the same I think. Some SAs are so difficult and just not willing to be even a little helpful :( I hope they give a proper apology.

I resisted SD when I went out just now. Then realised the only thing I wanted was one Batiste. Then realised I also need some fast dry nail spray. And there's me so proud for walking past there and B**ts :rotfl:

I did go to get my EL Ideallist yesterday. Also bought my mum's moisturiser and got a gwp. Will split it with my mum and then post those INs *sigh*

Oh I also bought nail foils from Primark which I really wanted, and I never get time to go. But on my way home I was thinking I'll give them to my friend tonight as she's not been having a very good time recently, and to top it off a bus hit her new car :(

And just remembered I bought some Tweezerman tweezers reduced from £38 to about £20  The most I've ever spent on Tweezers and the most I will ever spend on tweezers. On the plus side they came with a 'free' gift of a mirror
No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

Righty ho, I'll try to remember what I was posting earlier!
Bev, can't help you with flights I've only been 3 places on a plane and I didn't organize any of them :o.
Nice weekend away, woodlands was great! Friday was dead quiet so we didn't have to queue up for anything. Went on the toboggans loads of times. They shut the rides at 5pm and at 4.45 we were just having a last go and were going back to shower. DD went on followed by nephew, then me then DH, then Grandma. Niece and DS went on boingy cars next to the tobogans. As we were coming towards the end of the ride, went round a corner into the straight bit and nephew was stopped. Looked up and DD's toboggan was upside down on one side of the track with her on the other side of the track bleeding heavily from her arm with a ranger holding her arm. She was crying her eyes out. At this point he told nephew to carry on and I was trying to get out. He told me to go down and meet at the bottom. DH came round just behind me and paniced too. We got down, nephew had leapt off to go and get his parents and I leapt off to see her. She was brought down by the ranger and he led her into the office. I was asking what happened and he showed me her wrist, moving his finger so I could see the gash. I grabbed it and kept the pressure on. DH and MiL arrived and I got paracetamol off MiL and sent her off to get ice. The rangers had radioed the first aider but I said she had to go to hospital. Her hand was black and swollen and I thought it was broken.
Short story, it's not, they glued it for her and she's ok but boy was it scary. Will update later but have to go and redress it now.

Congrats Charlie, looks like things are on the up!
Sarah thats awful, I think I'd personally boycott a store if I was ever treated so badly, they really need to give you a lot of compensation to even part make it it. It makes me so angry that stores treat people this way. Bit like with the DTD...they shouldn't run these things if they don't wnat people actually using them.
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

    Congratulations Charlie! That is fab!

Sarah that is terrible, I hope they come back to you with some form of compensation. You would think that stores nowadays would be more savvy to Internet offers and coupons. They should introduce MSE training courses!

UU Clinique eye makeup remover sample from Glamour mag - V good and would use again. Onto the l'Oreal one now.

UU BS rainforest shampoo - WIBA Already have! Lovely shampoo and nasties free. Doesn't make my head sore or itchy.

Kaz your poor DD! It all happens to her doesn't it. Glad to hear that the wrist isn't broken though and good job you were there to insist on a hospital visit by the sound of it. Glad the weekend was good other than that!
