On the issue with the finance, regardless of the car's situation that is your liability. If you get a payout from your insurance or shell, you may choose to buy a new car with that, or get yours repaired if possible, but the finance company will still want the remainder of their balance paying, whether thats continuing with the monthly figure or clearing the debt with the money paid out.
I hope you get shell to admit their mistakes and rectify this situation. Personally i wouldnt trust anyone to touch my dipstick, I'm the only one who goes anywhere near it...0 -
i suspect the assitant has no knowladge of cars, some cars have 2 dipsticks, oil and auto box oil, wich one would he go for do you think????0
