Don't think this comment helps answer the question.

Anyone else been & have any views on whether you can take food/ drink in easily?

I do it may help you decide that they money will be better spent elsewhere than on a cheesy Lip Syncing pop act.
    Like repaying some debt ?

I'm going to Wembley in early July.

    I don't have any debt.

Back to the topic, chairs would be a no go, I'd just sit on the ground - you don't want to be wearing your best clothes when people start throwing beer (or worse!).

Unopened drink in small bottles/cartons is normally ok.

Who mentioned debt? Don't have any other than a very manageable mortgage payment.

What's it got to do with you what people with or without debt spend their money on ? All you have achieved is to move my question down the list and stop it getting answered!

So, as someone else said, back to topic, has anyone had any problem getting a decent zoom lense camera into the stadiums ?

    When are you going?

A colleague was going on Friday & planning to take a large camera, so I can check with her tomorrow.

We are going to Manchester on Friday too, the camera is brand new so I am not willing to leave it with some random security guy at the door when one of the main reasons for buying it was to take decent photos at the concert !
