    Hi all

Froddy Of course I'll send healing vibes for Meggie. Poor little lass, life's not being at all kind to her, is it?:(

Ok, I need to get fit and I need to do it quickly and for free! My friend has a Wii fit board that I have seen gathering dust for a while, think I'll ask her if I can borrow it to see if its any good. Does anyone else have any experience of the Fit Board or any other suggestions?? Can't afford gym membership and don't get me started on the cost of gyms.....! I pay for my DS to have swimming lessons at a local council run swimming pool, I was stunned to find that they've put a blooming pay and display machine on the car park. Crikey...off to find my happy place!!!!!
Lala I use Wii Fit every day; I try for HHYoga plus HH other exercise if possible, but if time/spoons are short, just do the HHYoga. I've lost two and a half stone since January 2010 with it; Mr LW has lost one and a half stone; he generally just does HHE each day, but he's fairly active generally, whereas I'm stuck in the house. It's good fun; you choose what you want to do, and you can if you wish build a routine for yourself with th Yoga and Muscle exercises (my HHYoga is done this way). We opted for this because I'm disabled and can't face the derision I'd get if I attended a gym (even if I could actually get to a gym in the first place), and I wouldn't part with it now. HTH.:o

My lists are all complete except for the me-time thingy. I don't have any dogs staying til next Wednesday, so can't use the cuddle-a-canine option, so am at a bit of a loss. I don't "do" hairdressers or anything like that (cruel and unusual punishment in my book), and baths have to be taken first thing in the morning when Mr LW is available to assist me, so a long soak isn't an option, either. *shruggy smilie*
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

I'm going back at 4.15. Saves mucking about with OOH and I have no idea what that's like cos I've never used them. I am feeling better in myself, but I have to keep remembering to take ibuprofen/paracetamol.

I am 10 minutes away from hazel grove. I was there last week visiting a colleague who had to take early retirement. Didn't you get proposed to in Sefton park as well which is where I grew up. Small world.

On a flying note. I have taken some chicken out of the freezer to bbq tonight. I really CBA today, but I think i can be excused :D

well remembered - yes i am the flylady who received a proposal in Sefton Park - I spent 3 years as a resident of R&G on Greenbank Lane and another 3 visiting OH - both in R&G and then in digs off Smithdown Road.

In my 3rd year as a student I tried to go for a bike ride around Sefton Park early one morning - however I fainted and went over the handlebars! The result was 24 hours in A&E before being transferred to Whiston where they cleaned up my face! Bizarrely I ended up in the bed opposite to the lovely woman who had found my abandoned bike!

It is indeed a small world....

Sefton Park is also a 10 minute walk from where I live :D Very small world :rotfl:

DD's birth certificate showed up this morning  I only ordered it at 2.30pm yesterday and it was here by 1pm today :T I would say it was worth the £30 for that kind of service :D:T

done my friday errand and a bit more and rescued a weeny weeny mouse from the kitten (and put it through the fence into next-door-at-the-back because it's only a baby and must have come from somewhere close by. Was in much better condition than the one I found yesterday)

I have a question, I need to get someone to countersign my passport photo for my new passport. I don't know that many people who have the "professional" jobs that are listed apart from all my prospective in-laws, but it says you can't use someone who is related by birth or marriage. They aren't yet but will be, can I use them? Anyone else that I could possibly ask doesn't really know me.

ETA I may not need the counter-signature as I am only making a change to my passport, can anyone help? It doesn't mention a counter-signature for that or renewals etc

ETA (again) It is fine, I do not need to have them counter-signed. For once a website is useful!
