No NSD for moi today as a very last minute shop at Riverford to get Veggies. Waitrose to supplement. (Tesco has disallusioned me by fruit and veg rotting as soon as I arrived home so another instance of me looking extravagant etc when actually above helps me save money!!).
But I am on track to nab NSD no 7. 1 in 4 weeks without spending ratio wise.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

Afraid I don't have time to deep-clean the Tardis before tomorrow's outing either - I'm running a tad behind with my plans for the week as it is !!!
Went to the GP this morning hoping to come home with one prescription medicine - and ended up with 3, including anti-biotics for the chesty cough that saw me pull out of the half mararthon !!! All I did was ask if I should be concerned that it's taken three weeks before I'm starting to see an improvement in it, at which she had a good listen to my chest and announced I've got a 'bit of a rattle in the upper left lobe' so it was probably worth a course of the meds  (Thank heavens my exemption is valid until the end of this month)
Then into the hardware store for some 'earth wire' for my light fittings
Weather was nice this morning, so highest priority job became lawn mowing. Managed just over half the back one before I'd totally filled my garden waste wheelie bin - but at least it's now short enough around the washing line that if we get another half decent day I can wash the sofa covers and peg them out
Then I had my lunch break (a tad early, but an ideal break point) before installing the new light fitting in the bathroom and wiping the excess grout off the (fully tiled) walls
From there I moved into the ensuite.....
First job was grout the tiles on the windowsill and the splashback around the vanity unit
I then took a break while that had the recommended half hour drying time before they reckon it's safe to remove the excess - and went back and removed it
Next job was a quick trip to the local shops to see if I could get something else I figured could be useful, but no joy
So back home and grout the tiles in the shower cubile
Then while that was drying I had a brew before fitted the new light fittting
Then wipe off the excess grout in the shower
By which time I decided it was time for tea
Then back to the en-suite to lay the vinyl floor tiles, the plan being to do that and then get the stripping out of 'clutter' and painting done in the cloakroom before bed......
But I'm about to pack up for the night (and turn in for some kip), and I've not finished putting down the floor tiles yet !!!! I've got all the full tiles and several straight forward 'cut to fit' ones down, but I'm now looking at having to make patterns to cut around the toilet and into corners of the room - so I've decided I'm more likely to get it right first time if I leave it until tomorrow
And I've had eB@y notifications that all my taps are in the post - estimated delivery date on all of them is Wednesday, but I may miss the delivery as I have a dentist appt at 9:40 and won't then be able to collect them until Thursday morning. So by Thursday afternoon I may well be starting to change taps on all wash basins and the bath - though the kitchen one won't get done immediately unless I've actually manage to declutter that room by then.........Cheryl0 -

No NSD for me. Hadn't organised lunch so £1 spent. at work.
Not too bad, nicca, keeping Hubert away from the chocolate brownies (and, in fact, anything remotely resembling food:D) seemed to do the trick, only three piles this time (sorry, probably way tmi for those of you with delicate stomachs:rotfl:).
A quick hose down tomorrow and leave the doors open for a bit should do the trick, I think (unless I'm getting immune to the smell now, of course...)
It'll be ready to go tomorrow whenever you lot are ready.
What are we wearing tomorrow, btw?The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Good morning all!

Got my hair cut, but I already had the money for that stashed away!
Easy day as I had some prep to do for a Mystery Shop assignment I'm involved in.
Back to work today!
Have a lovely day everyone!
