Crikey kerri! I sincerely hope Lottis veg curry recipe works out for you! You know Igor's tendency to be heavy handed with the chillis and spices! You'd be a very brave lady indeed to ask Igor to "help" out! :D

    Good evening everyone

I managed another NSD yesterday, taking my total to 6. I didn't get one today. I went for a pedicure and my feet are feeling fabulous.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: you could be right there niccata :D luckily Igor's 'serivces' were not required and curry was a success :j (its not the kind of thing that I cook usually so was a bit worried, plus although OH is a veggie, he doesn't actually like vegetables much so it's always touch and go to whether something will be to his liking) found a piece of balsamic and herb pitta bread in the freezer so warmed that up and split it between us, and some Uncle Benji's pilau rice in the cupboard too so had that with it.

Only gripe is that both of us burned our mouths which was our fault for being greedy gannets  In case anyone is wondering, I used 1 sweet potato, 1 baking potato and 1/2 a butternut squash in mine for the veg. Also added ginger as Lotti suggested (I bought some of that forzen kind in little portions last year and it's fab!) and used 4 x tsp of med curry powder.

Oh....I can also declare NSD #7 :eek: I can't beleive how I'm 1/2 way to target already, this really isn't normal for me this month. Won't get one tomorrow as I need to get bread for sarnies next week, prob my gardening bits and some more pitta bread for OH to have some curry again tomorrow :rotfl:

Still watching episodes of Extreme Couponing online atm, addictive (but slightly scary) viewing.
