No NSD today for me as I had to buy some shoes to commute in. I got these:

    http://www.next.co.uk/g36268s6

I have had to wear trousers to work all week as I didn't have any commuting shoes that go with dresses and I refuse to wear adidas shell tops with a work dress... come on, y'all agree with me on that, dontcha?!

And a £1.50 card for a friend's bday from the Simply Clinton range - cheapest I could find!

those shoes look a pretty reasonable price - in fact I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the shoes in there when I went looking for a pair for my daughter's wedding while I was out yesterday..... they're one store I consider out of my price range (other than when they have a big sale), but didn't see any shoes I looked at as possibles for the wedding that were over £35. I've actually added them to my list of places to try when I need nice shoes - makes a change from trying to find something 'non clumpy but affordable' in Cl@rks ;)

(still got my basket waiting for me to make a decision about....... being good so far, but I have a feeling I'll be checking it out before too much longer :o )

As expected, no NSD for me today, but hopeful that tomorrow and Sunday should be (mainly because I will send DH out to get anything we need...!)

On the plus side, things I got today were needed and BOGOF, so more bargains (picture frames from Boots)

Hi all NSD# 12 today. DD1 fell over and banged her head so had to leave work early felt abit guilty but my children are the most important thing in the world to me my manager actually had to ask the director if i could leave i was a bit miffed:mad: as i was going to go anyway. Planning on decluttering 2 rooms this weekend as our house is too cluttered especially with DD2 having more toys for her birthday, hopefully i will be able to sell what i find and make some extra cash.

Evening all! Still on course for a NSD today (though am tempted by some well reduced boots online) Did get a nice surprise in the post, I signed up for the Nelsons skincare challenge and my pack arrived today, 4 full size items PLUS a £5 B**ts giftcard. You get another item if you complete the challenge and plus a chance to win £100 high street vouchers. As my face wash is about to run out I shall be making the most of the oppertunity and doing it.

On a slightly down side, OH is ill again - rather worried about the fact he seems to be getting these 'colds' so easily, however, as with most men it's easier said than done to get him back to the docs.

I've also been feeling a bit 'meh' today - really don't know why as it's pay day which I'm usually very chipper about, but just feel a bit 'lost' if anyone knows what I mean? Sure the cloud will pass though, I need to get out into the garden and do a few bits this weekend so hopefully that will pull me out of the dulldrums...sorry guys, didn't mean to moan on a Friday...:o

    Good evening everyone

Thank you for the Birthday wishes.:D

Yesterday was a NSD as I was treated to dinner. Unfortunately today wasn't as I had to pick up a few things. So my grand total is now 14. I'm nearly at my target and I may even get chance to increase it before the month is out.
