    Hi all,
    reporting # 13 for today.
We have been out for a wonderful family lunch to celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday. There were 10 of us and we had a great time - Dad's treat too! Her actual birthday is next week but we were out today cos my niece is off on hols and will miss the actual day! We are doing a buffet, cake and fizz for Mum next Saturday for a few family and friends, so that will be good fun too!
    Home now with feet up!

    See you all tomorrow!:)

Evening all! Drum roll please - I can confirm NSD #14 which means target is met! Should manage to clock up a few more by the end of the month all being well :A

Spent a few hours this afternoon tackling the front garden, did just go out to mow it and do the cutting tomorrow but while I was out there I just got it all done. Grass mowed and a large number of weeds dug up (don't 100% trust the weedkiller that says the roots are killed) which has unfortunatley left some bit to be filled and re-seeded in the grass (killed some of it off with the weedkiller but I figured it was the lesser of two evils), cut the box hedge (which I HATE doing) cut back some of the other plants (don't ask me what they are) which totalled about 4-5 black sacks of rubbish. Also (the bit I was looking forward to) put out the bark chips I bought on Thurs. Thought 40l was going to be plenty but I deff need another one, prob 2 bags - just hope they have some next Thurs when I go past.

Got really hot out and I must admit by the time I came in I was all hot and shakey (think I might have over done it a bit) but am ok now.

Went out and did a bit of grocery shopping at Mr S - couldn't be bothered to go to Mr A as it was gone 8pm (what happened to the days when Sat night meant paaarrrttttyyyy?!) and only meant to get a few bits for the week....£74 later we're pretty well stocked up again :o still, that still leaves 1/2 the grocery budget from our house account for the rest of the month and we really do have quite a lot in now so if I'm super good it should be minimal purchases only for the rest of the month (until next pay day). Luckily the big grocery shops don't come out of my NSD challenge :T

Just had a late dinner of quiche, salad and jersey royals (delicious!) and might just top it off with strawberries, raspberries and cream ...nom nom

Feeling less blue than yesterday which is good but OH still not well (again) deff not good - am getting worried about whether it really is a chest infection like they said :(

I thought today would be an NSD, but DH had to go to work, so I had to pay for DD's football and then my sister rang and asked if I wanted to go with her to get her weekly shop (she is heavily pregnant) tonight, so I went and then decided that I needed tomatoes and cucumber plus some plasters for Dh's poorly thumb and a bunch of flowers for my friend. Needless to say I was not pleased when I left.... Only 5 more days to get 4 NSD's  !!!

I am afraid of being misunderstood for who what I am when it comes down to the SOA.
A Spending Diary might be a more sensible idea and more gentle approach for me.

I want to get into fully BE MYSELF AS I AM into MSE which has got so much to give to all sorts of people and people with Iphones which won't go down with lots of people but I can prove its benefits and justify its costs.
    Therapy.

    wouldbe

Not going to judge, I'm typing this on my iPhone, I also want an ipad... Can't really justify it to my self tho...

An SOA is a good idea for everyone to do, I've never been brave enough to post mine, so again no judging...

About the apps... Are you MSE about it? By that I mean do you have a budget? Do you try to avoid impulse buying, so if you find one you want do you make yourself wait for a while to see if you really want it? And do you try to get the cheapest version? I'm addicted to lite versions, if I find that I use the app I will buy the full version but some are just not worth it!

Also do you have an app like pandora which tells you when apps you are watching are on sale?

If you get the best value out of you tech then you shouldn't feel guilty
