The other things she "gets in return" are the sex (yes, women like it too) and her freedom for the time she's not meeting up with OP. Sounds good to me, although 3 or 4 times a month wouldn't be enough.

I think theres nothing wrong with what you are offering, At the moment I just don't have the time, inclination or babysitters to have a full on relationship, mind you at the rate I'm going i'll be single for a long time, lol.
As long as you are clear in your intentions from the start then I don't see the problem, It's hard to say to someone you just want a "buddy" or a casual relationship but I belive a lot of people would be quite happy that way.
