What sort of outfit is planned? Skinny jeans with fabulous shoes and a top or a dress?

    Hello lovely,

sorry to hear you've had such a rubbish day :grouphug:

Well done for speaking up about nasty meeting too.

Congratulations on the 'not a date' hope it is fantastic fun & the outfit sounds FAB :D.

I'm overlooking the fact that you have mislaid your exercise & shall just encourage you with the fact that I had a 20 minute brisk walk this evening & a half hour yoga session too :p.

This may or may not counteract the small single twix biscuit I had this afternoon :rotfl:.

Hope you have a far better day tomorrow
    xx

What a bonkers week - and I seem to have been a walking disaster area :p

More car saga on Tuesday - problems getting a suitable hire car! I was supposed to be getting a 'similar' car to mine as I was not at fault but ended up having 3 different cars before they brought something acceptable - ended up with a lovely BMW though ;) Got my car back yesterday - and all cleaned and valeted too! She looks lovely, I really should make more effort to look after her :o

The 'non-date' was more a non-event! :( Went for an Indian, was nice and chatty but nothing else - and now the daily texts have stopped! I will never understand men but am not wasting any more energy on this particular one!

Other disasters this week are my phone not working, my Tiffany bracelet breaking and yesterday my hairdryer not working (I found this out when I already had wet hair and was getting ready for work  - anybody else tried to dry their hair with straightners!!!!)

Went to friends last night for dinner, in a 'Come Dine With Me' style, which was lovely :) Much alcohol was consumed! But am impressed with no hangover this morning - my liver is stronger than I thought ;)

Hopefully it's the end of the week of doom! Hairdryer has started to work again of it's own accord, my bracelet can be repaired - and should only be about £12 :) And I went into the phone shop and did my 'I'm a hopeless, girly, technopobe' act and a techie geek took pity on me and reset it all for - and so far seems fine!

Apart from getting my eyebrows done I've done nothing today! Need to get my act together tomorrow and get my holiday stuff together and start packing - only 5 more sleeps :j

Far too much has gone on this week to think about exercise and dieting. Much comfort food has been comsumed and I've actually put 2lbs on :o

But I have probably saved about £30 in fuel costs this week with all the car problems, and I have stuck to my cash only plan and think I should make it to Wednesday without hitting CC. Hols are budgeted for separately and I get paid the day after I get back so 'financial month end' for me

Off for an early night now with a couple of glossies :D

Aww hon, that's a gruesome week  but glad most things are now sorted.

Man sounds a bit rubbish to be honest . No more wasting time is a good move. Holiday has come around quick so enjoy your glossing & grooming.

My walking came to a halt on thursday ... :rotfl:

    I have glossies too :j

Been manic at work but now I am finally on hols! :j Had my nails and toes does this afternoon, now just catching up on here for a bit before packing and sorting all my stuff out then off at 6.00 tomorrow morning - sunshine here I come :D

Just about made it moneywise, stuck my nails on CC the afternoon. Get paid the day after I come back so, so barring any holiday splurges, am hoping to pay £100 towards the random debt I've accumulated in the last few months! :o

Had a  moment - my car insurance renewal arrived - nearly a £1000! A quick confused.com put it nearer £600 which is about what I've paid this year so have calmed down now. It's not due until 8th Ocotber so I will do a proper search when I get back - not forgetting Quidco of course!

    Back in a week
