I rationalized that my new shoes shouldn't be punished just because I can't budget

Made it to the gym and have eaten well today. I think the motivation came from weighing in for the charity slim at work :eek: Oh well - things can only get better as the song goes!

Have been really struggling to get up on these dark mornings but need to get an early start in the morning!

Feeling a bit out of sorts - time to hit the Berocca as Winter sets in I think!

Come Dine With Me went well - but found it all very stressful! Nearly had a meltdown in Tesco on Thursday when they didn't have an ingredient I needed :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Managed the gym on Wednesday but haven't lost any weight this week. Not surprised really as eating has been a bit hit and miss! Loads on at the moment so not the ideal time to be dieting but need to find a way to deal with it, and fit exercise in

Lazy morning so far, just tidying up from last night. Cocktails in town with the girls this afternoon

Not done much today - except eat loads Down to London for a couple of days for a work conference - and a 5.30 start in the morning :eek:

Got some jeans from Asda but they are too big, and have ordered some shoses from Next, black patent peep toes

London was really good but quite intensive - need to catch up on some sleep now. Have come back from the conference with loads of new ideas - just need the support to implement them now

Weighed in today and all the social stuff this week has resulted in a 4lb gain Allowing myself the weekend as it's my birthday on Friday but need to get on track next week - which should be quiet as it's the week before payday

In money news my electricity DD has gone up £22 per month but I've suspected it was too low for a while so have been expecting it

Been very spoiled for my birthday by my lovely Mum Perfume i wasn't expecting and lots of other treats too! Big night out tonight with friends, so hoping for a quiet work day then I can sneak out early
