Having problems with an eBay buyer

Are you talking to the buyer or seller?
About the seller.
Op is clearly being put under alot of stress as a result on this out of order buyer who is trying to make a quick buck. Even if the buyer is in right then there is a way to go about dealing with these issues -- this isn't it. For this reason the seller shouldn't be humouring them by replying -- especially considering a refund was offered and the buyer is still going back for more.0 -
whilst i understand some people trying to be objective and suggesting i am being unreasonable, i would like to make some things clear.
1. i am not a business, just a housewife and mother trying to make ends meet
2. i checked all the wool/yarn before i sent it as i had had it stored in plastic sealed bags for a while and there was no sign of any infestation of moths or any other insect
3. the photos i received were not proof of anything - the 5 piece of wool that were pictured with pupae sitting on top of them were unaffected by moths, and they were all empty shells. so apart from a few broken ends of wool (amongst 20+kgs) and some empty pupae cases there is no evidence of anything, in fact the buyer could have place the empty pupae cases on top of the wool in order to gain a refund.
while taking all into consideration i therefore do not feel that i should refund without concrete proof which the buyer has not provided, or the return to me of all items so i can investigate the situation. I also feel it unfair of her to have discarded some of the wool before returning it to me to inspect. she has no professional qualification that allows her to deem the wool infested any more than i do.Baby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.
