Where can I buy Verbatim dvd -rw 2x ?

Hi I bought a dvd / vhs recorder from Ebay a couple of weeks ago and have tried recording dvds but can't get it to work. I have now read the manual and it recommends Verbatim dvd -rw 2x or Verbatim dvd -r 8x I can't seem to find any locally and wondered if anyone had any ideas. TIA Dx

I just noticed your original query was last year, so you probably gave up on it! But my comments in previous post still stand. This Sharp VCR/DVD Recorder Combo WON'T work with x4 R/W discs, in spite of what everybody else says!
