Oh and inject some colour into the bathroom - a new brightly coloured towel on the bath and one or two toiletries in a matching colour, not a bath of sundry toiletries. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Defo make lounge leading pic.
A colourful blind in the kitchen might help, along with a declutter of the worksurface and placements of a couple of vibrant coloured things. Sounds weird I know, but you have pop bottles and stuff high up on the cupboard, and a long row of kitchen appliances, but it still seems the worksurface space is limited. get rid of the knives and microwave etc. for the purpose of the pic. Maybe just keep kettle, then do a big bowl of oranges, lemons and limes. LOL splash of colour above sink. It just all looks a bit "blah" in there. Not bad, but not eyecatching either.
Hope it helps, if all else fails why not try having an open house viewing session?0 -
Sorry, just read other comments now! Haha, I see the bottles are already gone. I just went straight to end before reading anyone else's comments.0

The really moneysaving way to stage a house for sale is to buy expensive accessories (bedlinen, rugs etc) then return them to the store after the photos are taken. If you can ethically live with yourself for doing so of course. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

Thanks :-) it's much cheaper than the others on my street they are priced 115K and 125k respectively. They are 3 bedroom terraced houses, they also have 2 reception rooms where as I have one....
Blimey. Looking at the Land Reg figures, the other two for sale on your street seem very overpriced. At peak (2007), the three houses that sold were for £95,000, £84,500 and £72,500. There's only ever been one sale in your street that got into six figures.
Still, their overpricing will probably help you!
Nice house by the way.0 -

Nice house by the way.
Thanks, they are overpriced I feel but one of them is gorgeous and offering a ftb deposit only 5% though....
People don't really move from here very often, it is a nice street but by the time people move generally it is when they are very elderly and the houses need some work to attract people... It's a great rental area! the house on the end of my street was advertised for less than 7days before it was rented out! at £450 per month unfurnished!0
