Can't get there before Sunday ( travel date ) either to pick them up - Or can I pick them up from East Croydon?

i.e do you know if they have the special ticket machines for pre booked tickets??

I might try giving them a ring also to find out the actual times / platform etc from E Croydon

Usually I use the machine from any station to collect my tickets, and you just enter in your booking code. On the first page, they have a button to collect pre-booked tickets

I'm not 100% sure though.

Check when the earliest date you can collect your ticket, adn then try it at any station
