I suspect it's fairly common Tricia! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
At least it's done now0 -
In fairness, I spent many years doing things on my own and with things like laying paving, I don't really have a written plan - it's more a matter of try it and see. This means that I can't explain what I want very easily and that causes frustrations because I change my mind.
I don't think I'm very easy to live with, actually. :rotfl::rotfl:But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?0 -
I'm sure you're absolutely BRILLIANT to live with Tricia! (especially once people understand you know exactly the right way to do things
)
Kind of had to be a plan with these bloody things, they were so enormous that you REALLY couldn't move them once you'd got them in place! (apart from the one I turned round in a sheer temper, of course, but I couldn't have done that with 10)
<yawn> long (but cheery) day today, and came home to find an entire box of home made apple and banana cake in my kitchenNow *that's* the kind of thing you want to come home to! :T :T

Thanks KC, that's the first time I've been called a goddess. :cool:
I've been called plenty of other things, though. :rotfl:But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?0 -

Probably won't be coming home to any of it left today mind you
:rotfl: :rotfl: (I did cut it into smaller pieces and hide it in the freezer, so we'll see how much is left...)
We are all goddesses indeed
work work work work work today, in the office on my own, but actually have 3 meetings today so will be spending more time out of the office than in.
Still - tea break in a minute - there was home made fudge yesterday so I'm hoping there'll still be plenty left0 -

Tis a good day indeed KC (although I'm only travelling upstairs, not anywhere particularly exciting :rotfl:)
Am meeting friend at the train station to do a bit of tea drinking/train spotting on the way home thoughCafe at York station is up on the bridge, adn there's occasionally steam trains, so it can be quite exciting (if you like trains, which I do
)
One meeting down, fudge and tea consumed, next meeting in half an hour, best get me skates on!0
