I believe she broadcasts a whole radio thing pickle! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
However, the only things I listen to are the weekly home blessing hour podcast, and the 'crisis cleaning' podcast :rotfl: Just a friendly ear talking me through what I need to do ('now we're going to spend 10 minutes emptying all the bins', 'the next ten minutes is going to be changing the bed - yes you CAN do it in 10 minutes!', 'next is ten minutes spent hoovering - don't get sidetracked, we're just getting the middles!' :rotfl: :rotfl:)Great for me - I get proper sidetracked doing all manner of stuff and this reminds me to stay on track
Anyway, just finished doing some work (while watching Harry Potter :rotfl:) - I don't generally make a habit of working on a Saturday night  but I've missed a few hours this week (eg with hospital fiasco taking all morning, and meeting friend for a cuppa) and it's going to be a busy one next week (York 4 days and a day in newcastle ) so wanted to make up hours and get a bit ahead of myself...
anyway, going to stop now and have a snooze instead (largey because Harry Potter has finished :rotfl:)
Sleep well lovely dudes! xx0 -

I'm trying to watch all the harry potter films before the new one comes out :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Bit of a strange one here todayLovely lie in and read and tea in bed this morning :j Amble to the shops, and a big squabble
Then toddled off to the farmers market by mysef, bumped into a friend with her family, asked if she fancied a cuppa but they were still wandering - said she'd text if they went for a drink, so I ambled off, later ambled into the tea tent - and they were all there with tea! pah!
Still, had a bit of a mini shopping spree - all in a good neighbourhood cause, of courseBought a licquorice allsorts coloured basket bag thing for £3, a couple of birthday cards, some onions from the local city farm (they had chickens! :j :j) a couple of plants for the garden, and some hair clip things for a friend's birthday.
Home now with much needed tea (and fairy cakes)
Feeling a bit out of sorts and sorry for myselfNot sure what I need to get back on track!

Oh ((Cheery)) hugs to you - it sounds like you've had a bit of an out of sorts kind of day. But good you have focused on the positives - the happy purchases, visiting chickens, tea and cakes. Hopefully the cuppa you have now will make you feel a bit more like yourself
Maybe a nice relaxing bath would be good? As you've tried the option of going out somewhere and doing something cheeryor maybe if there's a little project you've been working on that is near to completion - if you could focus on that and do that you would have that happy glow of accomplishment
- Hope these flimsy suggestions help ?!??
Well done on your run by the way - you have inspired me to find out if there is anything similar in my neck of the woodsCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Thanks dedicated :T Not flimsy suggestions at all - very sensible ones! :T :T In fact, I already have the heating on for a bath :j :j (still ache from yesterday's exertions! :rotfl:)
Also have the kettle on for a cuppa
Have had a mooch around the internet, a chat to Mr Daffs, and am now sitting with my plotting and scheming folder, and my 18 month plan, having a good think about things and seeing what else I can find out :T :T Will get out into the garden in a bit too :T0 -

It is indeed Pickle! :T :T :T Had a lovely hour pottering in the garden, planning for things, getting lunch ready for tomorrow (including some home grown strawberries that the blackbird didn't get first
), and just about to jump in a nice hot bath :j :j :j
Busy week this week - I'm in York every day - apart from Thursday, when I'm in Newcastle   Hoping I can stay over in York on Wednesday night, go straight to Newcastle, and then stay with a friend on Thursday night and go back to York on Friday - otherwise there's going to be a lot of travelling! (but if I can't stay with friend on Thursday, I'm coming straight home from Newcastle and working at home on Friday!)
Wish me luck - think I may be going mad by next weekend...0 -
