I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Morning campers, thanks to FCC for the list and keeping us all in check. :D

Up bright and early this morning as my darling dog Jet decided I would make a good play mate.. Anyway I decided to get up as I was wide awake. I can always catch 40 winks later on if need be.

Sorry I haven't been around the past 10 days, did you all miss me...:D.. lol I've had a change of meds and they have had odd side effects. Anyway I am hoping that I am back on track and I really need to get on the wagon again as my house has sort of descended into semi rack and ruin the past 10 days.

I can hear the birds in the garden singing away - Hoody the blackbird is doing his early morning sing song. It sounds lovely, and according to DH he has been singing away all the time he was having his shower at 4.30am.. That is one early bird..lol. The doves and Woody are asleep somewhere, but the baby starlings are around. We have six baby starlings come in the garden every day, we also have two baby robins as well. The pair of chaffinches are strutting around the garden quite happy, so I think they are here to stay now. Just spotted a baby blackbird sitting on our fence - DH just said he loves how the birds dump their babies in our garden. Thankfully we haven't had any casualties yet.. It's now become "The Nursery" for this year..lol

OMG @ the wombles. I used to love them as a child, I have an Orinocho womble in the loft which I absolutely refuse to get rid of. It's left over from when I was a wee lass. I heard that they are releasing 5 new albums this year as well as performing at Glastonbury. I can imagine they will do well now as we are all supposed to be so heavy with recycling. :D And dare I confess I have a "Wombling Christmas" tape that I bought a few years ago :p

    Welcome to the newbies

Morning all. Another busy week then I'm working for 13 days straight:eek: except for weekends of course. Will do my best to keep up because otherwise the house will descend into chaos and will look dreadful by the thread of 13th June.

Hahaha Wombles! My kids wouldn't know who they were.

    Morning all,

I'm in this week though probably only level one as I start a job this morning (a one week trial and if they keep me it will be a 4-6 month temp job in the first instance.) Looking forward to it and especially getting paid weekly - haven't had that for 35 years:rotfl:

Had a really good weekend, blitzed DDs room as she has moved to London, she came home for a few days and sorted what she wanted to keep and the rest we could do what we wanted with. Needless tosay most of it has gone to the tip (she wears clothes until they fall appart) and stores broken handbags by the dozen. She's going to have to learn to be less of a horder though - she's living in a corner of a friends spare room:D

Well of to get ready for work and may manage to S&S the kitchen before I go - must plan tea as well, I don't have all day to do it as I have for the last 4 weeks:)

Woke up at 5am and decided that was too early to get up - got back to sleep - had weird dream:eek: and now feel bleurgh.

Putting in a word for the Clangers (mainly because I remember watching them when Dad was still alive)

Natty - hope your meds have settled down now
embb - make sure you pick somewhere easy to clean up the blood :D
    JayJay
    - good luck with new job

OK let's see if a shower will make me feel brighter
