  • I'm in again this week. Was supposed to be working today but they don't need me, but in for the rest of the week.

Felt I got on top of stuff by last Friday, worked all weekend and now looks like I didn't bother

2 x WM and on line, very windy here but sunny. Just off to put another load on.

Embb - awful news, everyone's worst nightmare.

    Plan for today:

    HHG - weed front garden
Ironing (at least half an hour)
Check ebay, bidding on a wardrobe.
    Hoover
    Wash kitchen floor
    Make some cakes

Have a great day everyone whatever you are all doing, hugs to those who have a difficult day ahead.

    Pixie :)

Morning all, I'm in again this week. Thanks to all you lovelies at FCC.

Sorry I was AWOL last week, I had a bout of painful kidney stones which kept me doing very little all week. Pain mysteriously disappeared over the weekend so I guess the stones have now moved, so no doubt I will pass them soon (sorry if TMI)

Well over the weekend our new dining room table arrived so we now have that up and our new corner suite is being delivered sometime today so our living room is relatively clutter free as they is a big space for the new sofa, unfortunatly we haven't managed to sell our old sofas yet so we also have 2 2 seaters in the corner of the room! Hope someone buys them soon!

If its deleted it was done this morning or over the weekend and still clear

Monday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1

    Level 2
    Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    Wipe bannister/handrails

    Level 3
Clean any fluffy electricals and defluff behind the radiators!
    Extras
    1. clear a hotspot or 3!
    2. Clean a window or two.
Looks like today should be fairly simple providing no mess is made when they bring the sofas! Just a couple of hot spots where I have decluttered so I'm off now for a HHC to get those cleared :)

    Happy FLYing all xx

Another bathroom place rung, but they don't seem very efficient... We'll see whether they can manage to book an appointment in...

I've got one more number and then I might need to start researching more options...

Embb hugs honey, that is sad news.
AnW'sMum hope today isn't too sad for you sweetie, hugs to you all.
Happy Birthday Helen, hope you have a good day.

Plans for today have changed as I had a feeling they would..lol. My friend T has rung up and invited me to lunch and then we are off to pick up the kidlets from school later in the afternoon. She's such an angel, I don't think I can go a couple of days without her nagging me to go there..lol

Weather here is picking up, the wind is getting a bit more fiercer than it was early this morning. Although it doesn't seem to be bringing the rain clouds as we were threatened with earlier by the weathermen. Have been saving the grey water in the watering can, and have a bucket collecting the cold shower water while I am waiting for it to get hot. I think at this rate I am going to need several watering cans..:rotfl: And you can bet what will happen, I will collect all this water and it will blooming rain..:rotfl:

Hugs and spoons to everyone, especially LL, Toots and Wolfie :)

Bungo Womble Personality: Bungo chose his name from Great Uncle Bulgaria's Atlas by closing his eyes and pointing. 'Ha-hum,' said Great Uncle Bulgaria, 'Bungo it is then. Silly sort of name, but it quite suits you.' Bungo tends to be the bossy Womble who thinks he knows everything
Great Uncle Bulgaria Coburg Womble Personality: Leader of the Wimbledon Wombles. Has snowy white fur, wears a tartan shawl and glasses and usually is carrying a copy of the mornings Times. Often heard saying 'if I live to be 400' so he's at least in his 300s
Madame Cholet Womble Personality: Is English through and through but has a french accent and does all the cooking. The puppet wears a mob cap and an apron.
Orinoco Womble Personality: Lazy fat Womble always trying to catch an extra forty winks or an extra portion of pudding. Orinoco wears a floppy red hat and scarf
Tobermory Womble Personality: The second oldest Wimbledon Womble. He runs the workshop and is a craftsman. The puppet wears a bowler hat and leather tool vest.
Toots what is this puppet word you keep using

I'm so dozy this morning I have a serious case of CBA! :(

Got up this morning, kinda... couldnt get outta bed, alarm went off at 5:30 and I got up at ten to seven :rotfl:. Dropped off DH at the station, came home and slept till 10!! which is amazing as we live behind a school, I didnt even hear the kiddlies!

Lounge is frog-esq this morning, there's shredded paper from the shredder which is cross cut so iccle and everywhere. The dogs have done the usual trick of standing on the edge of a food bowl and catapulting the contents all over the lounge (Payday is Friday and I give up, I'm buying anti tip bowls!!) and they've got hold of an instruction manual of some sort and shredded that too. Toffs has dug up the dog bed and there is unidentified puke in the corner - which might make me puke
The stairs are husky coloured, I can feel the whole husky moult coming on - been threatening for a while, soon to be husky plucking season. (which is the most likely cause for the puke)
Floor needs mopping and steam mopping, Missy is in season propper Eiuwwww!

Now if I can just get up off me backside.... mebbe I'll get somewhere????

    Or mebbe I'll get a cuppa :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
