    Morning All

Very late lie-in for me until 10.30, must have needed it as I don't get that much sleep on my nights.

Spent some time pottering in the garden when I got up yesterday, planted my tomatoes in the grow pots my Dad gave me, it's all quite scientific and you get loads more tomatoes :D.

Wanted to take DS out yesterday for ice cream but he wasn't keen so ended up having a glass of wine or three at my neighbours watching the kids play cards whilst intermittently dancing to the radio. They're such nice boys all aged between 10 and 12, love the way they all get on with very little money and make there own fun. Guess my son has got as close to my own childhood as I've tried to make it.

Plans today is ironing, tidy the house and more pottering! Roast chicken for dinner.

BB hope your back is better soon.
Bitsey - that's so upsetting hope your cat is better soon.

Big hugs to anyone who may need one. Have a good day all.

Bread dough is rising, washing is on the line and another load in the WM, bins are out ready for the binmen tomorrow AND i cleaned out my v. OS bunny (we use the shredded paper from work for her bedding and she eats at the odds and ends from the veg and fruit we prepare + any that's on it's way out)

    afternoon!

been carbooting - made over 80quid profit so am pleased plus the shed is looking a bit better without so much junk in it.:T
am peckish now so will get some lunch then come back and have a read.

Washing blowing like crazy on the line! house tidy-ish. Back to work tomorrow for both of us - been a lovely week at home, gone far too quick though but we've got another week off in a months time and we're going to go away for a couple of days which is what the carboot money is going towards.

Did some shopping at Tesco yesterday - used up a voucher £7 off a £50 spend which works out better value than my 10% off card at Morrisons. Was nice to have a change anyway plus we got some reduced fruit and veg 29p for 9 bananas and 25p for a big load of mushrooms:T

Thats it for now, back later x
    Do what you love :happyhear

It's so windy here that 2 loads of washing have dried on the line, I've done some ironing & made 8 jars of marmalade & 2 little dinky jars.
Chicken is cooking along with some stuffing, next job is to make banana bread for work.
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester
