Tappers - just having a cuppa will get the recipe for you in a short while!
julie/meanmarie - It defiantely didn't feel like good luck!!!
I'm back from having my eyelashes done. They are so long!! I look like I have butterflies on my face! love them.
Apparently we will be paid next week. Told OH but he's not v. impressed with that. Neither am i as our invoice stats 7 days and it's been over 14. Getting fed up with people thinking they can do as they wish with our money!!
ended up having lunch with my friend, she wouldn't really take no for an answers to go a £3 meal deal from sainsbobs, was tasty actually so i won't complain too much, and it was great to catch up with her. If i'd thought a head i could of have made a sarnie to take with me, but never mind! I know for next time!
Had planned to go to Aldi to get some bits and pieces but as we've no money that idea has been put on hold for the moment. Plus we should eat what we've got in the freezer first, then i can do a big shop on payday.
So rest of the afternoon, work out accounts - have increased one of our debt repayments, only by about £3 a month, but still, working hard to get rid of them! Will try and sort stuff to pop on ebay too. and have a read of my book
right, must go find that pizza dough recipe!
edit! who wants to see my lovely lashes?

Right
Pizza Dough
250g plain white flour
250g strong white flour
10g fine sea salt
5g dried or fast action yeast
2 tablespoons rapeseed or olive oil (we use olive)
Cornmeal/fine polenta or semolina for dusting (optional but we use semonlina and it does improve it!)
combine the flours and salt in a large bowl, if using ordinary dried yeast dissove it in 325ml of warm water and leave for 10 mins or so. If fast action mix straight into flour and add 325ml of warm water (or yeasty water if using that) and the oil and mix to make a rough dough, knead for 10 mins don't worry if dough seems sticky, it does come together. put dough in lightly oil bowl turn so all dough is covered in oil.
leave to rise until doubled in size (about an hr in a warm place)
knock back the dough on a floured surface, cut into 4/5 peices, and roll/stretch into pizzas the thinner the better with these then scatter the baking tray with the semolina etc and make the pizza!! they take about 10/12 mins in the oven
OH and i usually get 4 good size pizzas from this recipe and do one each for dinner/ lunch next day and then make another pizza each for snacking/lunches later in the week too.Annual Grocery Budget £364.00/£1500

Tappers - my pizza dough is done in BM and is 500g bread flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil (or any oil in fact), 300ml of water, 2 tbsp of sugar and voila enough for 2 large thin crust pizzas.
Bargbainbird - Like the tent, not sure I'd put it up in the park but that's because when I was a Guide we practiced the same thing in the park and some little sh*ts made it collapse ontop of us all inside :rotfl:
bramble- like the eyelashes
JackieG - Excellent news about DBIL, am please for you all xx
Silvermaid - Hugs for you honey xxx
Cranky - Hugs for you and the house elf, hope you are smiling through the tears xxx
I have done naff all this afternoon. Picked DD up from pre school (she'd been to farm) come back and sat on my @rse. Not felt in the mood, my mums cat got hit by a car this morning. Poor wee thing is so stupid she doesn't know how to cross the road. She's got a broken jaw, lost a fair bit of blood on the road
She's under sedation at the moment but is holding her own. Lord knows how much this will cost as my parents don't have pet insurance....... I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife

I apologise if I take the wind out of lowesy's sails but don't think it's fair to leave everyone hanging who's not on FB
It would appear that she's had a little girl. Not sure when or any other important details so am sure lowesy will fill us all in when she has the time. Which will probably be in about 18 years time :rotfl:I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife

Oh no, Bitsy!:( I'll send healing vibes for the poor pudd'n-cat.
Candy the Westie is here; she's not a well girl, she's got emphysema, so I've got to get meds down her throat. Shouldn't be too difficult - she's very food-oriented, and the tablets are allegedly palatable.:o
