Morning! I bought a meal deal the other day, so have put my receipt through just in case - think I had got wrong type of wine though! Just noticed on the tesco website, where it lists the wine for the £10 finest deal - that only Turners Road Chardonnay-NOT Merlot included? So be careful, don't know if this is a regional thing or not, with different wines on offer in particular stores. Did see That First Cate limited release merlot is on Asda for £4 though-so if you like a red-£4 back difference. I would like to have it confirmed before I buy any other meal deals.0

To trigger the difference voucher, that's irrelevant.
What matters is:
1. Turner Rd merlot/ chardonnay are on Asda groceries website at cheaper price - CONFIRMED
2. You buy either one of them in Tesco at higher headline price - doesn't matter if meal deal reduces the price you pay in aggregate for wine + food - CONFIRMED

1. Buy the £10 Finest meal deal http://www.tesco.com/groceries/ProductBuylist/default.aspx?id=L00000444
2. Make sure the wine you choose is either Turner Rd merlot or chardonnay
3. Check your receipt in store to make sure the meal deal has gone through as £10 - if not, go to CS and claim back double the difference there and then.
4. Submit receipt to Price Check https://www.tescopricecheck.com/PriceCheck/Pages/Default.aspx
5. Next day (usually by noon) either get an email with your voucher for £6 or resubmit to Price Check which will also trigger the same voucher.0 -
