Seem to remember reading at the end of DTD some people were converting their vouchers into gift cards, just wanted to try and find out if it is possible and the best way to do this? As I have a freezer full of food and lots of wine but a couple of vouchers left. I don't really need anything from tesco but don't want my vouchers to expire.

    TIA :-) :-)

I did it a couple of times recently. I usually do a couple of DTD shops at a time ( Mum and me ) and did the first as a shop and the second as a gift card. Or did a small shop and put the balance of the voucher on a card. Usually choose a young male cashier as they dont bother to read the vouchers.

Newbie question (I'm still trying to figure it all out.....)

Dr Oetker's pizza is normally 2.79 at T but now on a 2 for £4 offer.
The same pizza is normally £2 at MrA but now on a £1 offer.

If I go and buy, say, two of those pizza, how will TD be calculated?

Is it T's offer price agains Asda's regular? (in which case no difference)
Is it T's normal price against Asda's normal (In which case 0.79 *2 = 1.58 difference)
Is it Tesco offer against Asda offer...... and so on and so forth...

Basically I'm still a TD virgin :o so any info on how this works is appreciated (the pizza was just an example, I'm trying to understand the general dynamics!!!)

It should be T's offer against Asda's offer.

So, buy one, difference back £1.79 (£2.79/£1)
buy two, difference back £2 (£4/£2)

    All come back with

This time, your shop would have been £ 23.72 cheaper at ASDA so we'll give you a voucher for the difference back!**.

    hi
can you just confirm if you got a voucher for £23.72 or did it cap it at £20 when you clicked to print voucher ?

In the tesco finest section the meal deal is usually together you can choose 1 side 1 main and 1 dessert and then a bottle of turner road wine cardonnay or merlot from the wine isle.
the sides are cheese mash, spinach, greenbeans and peas or rosemary potatoes.
the mains are lasagne, veggie lasagne, chicken and cheese like cordon bleus, chix and asparagus, meatballs, fishcakes ,ham hock and chik pies, and craked pepper and chix pies.
sweets are strawberry cheescake,a small cheese board, lemon tart and choc chip pudding and choc sauce.
these should cost £10 each and a return of £5.98
