Henlans - you should have split your shop AND NOT bought anything else in the same shop unless you KNEW it was cheaper AND price matched with Asda.
You should have had 3 meal deals in 1 basket - giving you £17.79
2 meals in the next basket giving you £11.86
Other basket should contain ordinary goods that you haven't pricechecked against Asda.
Voucher will be capped at £20 BUT you could have had £29.65 - just by doing this. Put through on different email addresses of course. HTH for the future.

Yes, Im off to do few tonight! cheers for that but then again it didnt cost me anything in the first place.

Don't think there is one as such, just that Asda have them 3 for £5, so if it's something you use, it's worth buying along with the meal deal to get the difference back.

Any idea what didn't match for the meal deal? Could do with some DTD and almost free food!

Hello all girls and lads :)

I've been reading and following this thread and the other realetd TD/DTD threads with sheer glee... but I'm kicking myself for having completely missed the whole DTD gravy train

Nevermind though, water under the bridge and all that....

Aaaaaanyway, spurred on by all of you here, yesterday I ventured into the depths of the price Checker for the first time, and put in the receipt number for my last (yesterday) shop.

Haven't heard a thing since - no mails at all. I hope this is normal?

Happily spent my voucher on 3 more meals today, plus Tesco sent me a nice £1 off wine voucher in the wine club mailing that came this morning, which worked fine against the meal deals.
